Project Description
The Rosario Road, Marine Drive, Marine Wye Drive area will be simplified by removing and realigning portions of roadway so they all intersect at a common point, a roundabout, rather than the existing three acute angled intersections.
This project has completed 100% of the design phase. Skagit County is currently searching for additional funds for construction.
