Senior Services
Skagit County supports senior services and programming throughout the county through funding and partnerships with local organizations that provide services to older adults.
As of July 1, 2026, congregate meals at senior centers and the Meals on Wheels program have transitioned to the Skagit Council on Aging (SCOA). For information about eligibility and services, please contact SCOA at (360) 872-7395.
Mount Vernon and Burlington Senior Center operations have also transitioned to SCOA. The Concrete Community Center is operated by Community Action of Skagit County. Please contact the appropriate organization directly for information about senior center services and programs.

Aging and Disability Resources and Assistance
Contact Northwest Regional Council to learn more about care options that can help you or a loved one stay in your own home and community. Their staff can answer questions in your home, in their office, or on the telephone. Your inquiry will be handled in a confidential and private manner, and there is no charge for information and assistance.
