Septic System Search

Online RME is the program that Skagit County Public Health uses to store and track maintenance records associated with a septic system.  You can search the Public Access version for free.  Ensure the change the County from Kitsap to Skagit. Then select if you'd like to search by Address (site address) or Parcel Number (Tax ID). 

Record Drawings

To see the as-built/record drawing associated with the parcel, select the View Scanned Images. 

If no documents generate, then the system current in place was likely installed before permitting was required.  The septic permit process will need to be completed for future development.

Inspection & Pumping Reports

Select Service History along the left-hand menu bar. 

From here you'll see a summary of the pumping and inspection reports.  You can click paperwork icon under Report on the right to see the report.  

Record Drawings

All permits that have been submitted are link on the Assessor's Parcel Search page. 

Enter the address or parcel number you are interested in. From there you can select the PERMITS tab and scroll for an S, SW, or SEPTIC permit number. 

To see the as-built/record drawing associated with each permit, select the yellow document button. 

If no permits with "composition" Public Health | On Site Septic populate, then a system current in place was likely installed before permitting was required.  The septic permit process will need to be completed for future development.

Inspection & Pumping Reports

Enter the address or parcel number you are interested in. Select Septic System under the Summary section below Zoning Designation, Recorded Documents, and Excise Affidavits.

Select the Septic System number. 

From here you'll see a summary of the pumping and inspection reports.  You can click View Details to see the report.
