Report a Food Safety Problem or Illness

Skagit County Public Health takes complaints about foodborne illness and food safety seriously. If you believe that you have become ill from something you ate, staff want to know. Contact your health care provider if your symptoms are serious.

The best way to report a concern with a food establishment is via the Department of Health's Foodborne Illness Notification System (FINS). This system can be used for all food safety concerns, not just an illness.

Please provide as much information as possible so we can respond effectively.
