The Skagit County Developmental Disabilities Program works to foster inclusive communities where people with developmental disabilities can fully participate in all aspects of community life.
The program supports individuals and families, coordinates community events and trainings that promote awareness and inclusion, and manages funding for local services. Through state and federal funding, Skagit County contracts with community agencies to provide supported employment for adults and early intervention services for children from birth to age three.
All services are guided by the core values of county-delivered services in Washington State.
