Project Description
This project reconstruct Francis Road to current standards to improve safety by realigning the horizontal curve, widening the road, stabilizing the road base, and replacing the slough bridge between Nookachamps Creek and Francis Lane.
This project is in the design phase for future construction.
Funding Sources
- Federal Highways Administration: $2,107,897
- County Road Administration Board (CRAB): $2,400,000
- Skagit County Road Fund: $500,000
