Project Description
This project will rehabilitate and widen Francis Road to current standards to improve safety and stabilize the road base between Debay's Isle Road and the Highway 9 roundabout.
Public Works is currently designing this project for future construction.
Funding Sources
- Federal Highways Administration: $2,000,000
- County Road Administration Board (CRAB): $900,000
- Skagit County Road Fund: $1,500,000
Total Project Cost: $4,400,000
