Certified Treatment Providers
When you are placed on supervised probation at the time of sentencing, the court order will have a section for additional conditions of sentence. In the additional conditions section the sentence order may include a requirement to obtain an assessment and comply with a treatment requirement in addition to attending a DUI or Domestic violence victims panel. Although each case is different, the most common treatment programs ordered by the court are Domestic Violence, Chemical Dependency, Mental Health and Sex Offender Treatment.
