The Clerk’s Office provides electronic access to select
publicly available Superior Court Records.
How to Register
To subscribe to this online service please complete a Registration & Modification Form and submit to the Clerk with payment as outlined in the agreement.
Each user will need to submit their own user agreement.
Note: We offer online payment via nCourt.
Available Court Records
- Civil
- Criminal (adult)
- Domestic
- Probate / Guardianship
Unavailable electronic records include statutorily confidential, court ordered sealed, and otherwise restricted by state and/or local court rule.
Registration Fees
Access is provided on a subscription basis. The annual fee per user is $200 if paid before January 15th. If paid after January 15th, the annual fee is prorated at $20 per month. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Fees are billed/paid annually in December thereafter.

The subscription fee allows for online access to Skagit County Superior Court documents. Subscribers will be able to view and print documents from their computer, but certified copies will still need to be purchased from the Clerk’s Office.
For those who do not wish to register for Odyssey Portal, copies can still be purchased through the Clerk’s Office or at Digital Archives.
Public Skagit County case data can be viewed on the Odyssey Portal at no charge.
Public Skagit County case documents can be viewed on the computer kiosks in the Clerk’s lobby during regular business hours at no charge.
