Electronic Document Recording (eRecording)
Auditor's Office | Recording Department
The Auditor's Office offers electronic document recording (eRecording). eRecording allows you to record your documents more quickly than mailing documents to the Auditor's Office.
You may record documents at the Auditor’s Recording department or you may optionally use one of the contracted third party eRecording providers listed below. Only these eRecording companies may submit documents on your behalf to the Skagit County Auditors Office.
NOTE: Any documents that need to be processed through the Treasurer's office for excise or review must be submitted through Simplifile only.
All eRecording companies require creating an account and charge a monthly surcharge. Not available for one-time recording.
