Invitation to Bid: Guemes Island Road Trail
Small Works Roster Project Description: Skagit County Parks Department is requesting bid proposals for a prevailing wage project job to supply all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to construct a 1300’ gravel pedestrian path within easements adjacent to the road ROW. All work performed under this contract shall conform to the plan drawings and specifications, as supplemented by any addenda issued for this project. Project shall be complete by December 31, 2026.
