Maintenance/Custodial Work Order Request
Maintenance and/or Custodial Work Order Requests - submitted online through the Asset Essentials application for tracking purposes. Employees with an established account can log in from any County computer with only their email address at https://assetessentials.dudesolutions.com/SkagitCountyWA. No passwords are required, although also means you cannot access from a personally owned computer. A mobile app is available, but not easily utilized with the established security measures.
The designated department representative(s) can request work by providing the minimum details below:
- Short title / subject of work requested
- Source Location (from a dropdown list of county buildings)
- Work category (from a dropdown list of crafts)

Please contact our department (x1175) if you have any issues getting into the system and we will assist. We can also delete users and set up new users as needed.
FOR EMERGENCIES—if you have emergency situations such as flooding or other safety concerns requiring immediate attention, please call x1180 or x1188 before submitting the work order online.
