Household Hazardous Waste Facility
The Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility is located at Skagit County Recycling and Transfer Station, 14104 Ovenell Road, Mount Vernon.
Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and the first Saturday of the month.
If you are a small business, there is a Small Quantity Generator program for you.
