Emergency responder training and education

The Skagit County EMS Physician Medical Program Director (MPD) supervises and approves all EMS personnel training and certification. Skagit County EMS runs a county-wide ongoing training and evaluation program (OTEP) for all credentialed EMS personnel, including Emergency Medical Responders (EMRs), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), and paramedics.
