Ambulance Transport/Billing Requests
Though our office does not transport we are custodians of the CVAA - Central Valley Ambulance Authority (dissolved in 2019). For Transport/Billing requests 2019 to present those will be requested from the Trasport Agency. Generally transport agency will be determined by location of the incident. Based on the Service Provider Map the following agencies are outlined. This can vary based on call volumes/active incidents at the time.

The above are ALS/BLS agencies. There is also a strictly BLS transport agency - Skagit Fire District 13. Located in the La Conner/Swinomish Area. Their records are requested via email.
Definitions:
ALS - Advanced Life Support. It takes BLS techniques to the next level with more sophisticated interventions and procedures.
BLS - Basic Life Support, is a set of life-saving medical procedures performed in the early stages of an emergency.
